*First workout since the end of my vaykay. Too much golden corral and steak'n'shake lol. I gained about 6lbs. I decided I needed a change in how I train because training has become boring and stale. So I decided to have fun and combine strongman/pl/and bb stuff via westside. I am confident this will deliver a much needed spark. I got a terrible bicep cramp or strain IDK on the log which sucked and made it hard to clean it. Still got decent numbers though. Hoepfully, it will be gone by tommorows training.
