Yes! Very pleased with the 431x3. Now I think it is time to change it up. I am maxed out for now, that set was tough. Maybe I will do sets of 2 and try to get used to a slightly heavier weight before shifting back to 3 reps. (I'm thinking 8 sets of 2, and 4 back off sets of 5 to keep volume about the same as my current 8 sets of 3 and 2 sets of 6)
