Something quick and easy I do for bulking currently is mix heavy cream, protein powder, whole eggs and some water (to thin it out a little, otherwise it is like pudding) in a blender and drink. The fat in the heavy cream helps your body properly use the protein, and it tastes delicious. And the added bonus....only one thing to clean.
I also like oatmeal soaked in lemon juice than rinsed out. It is probably easier to clean to cooked oatmeal since cooked oatmeal becomes like concrete when it dries out.
I feel guilty, feeding into your laziness.
In truth, to have a successful cut or bulk, you are going to need to get used to cooking and cleaning.
