Are you eating rolled oats? Instant oats?
You might want to give steel cut oats a try. I used to eat rolled oats every morning. Ever since discovering steel cut oats I can't really go back.
Though they do take some time to cook, but you could easily stick them in a slowcooker and do it over night, or make larger batches and refrigerate. They heat well in the microwave. Add some cinnamon and your sweetener of choice (I like brown sugar) and you're good to go.
