*Who cares if I had a meet and squatted 2 days ago. I am ready to start squatting again despite how sore my groin is. I brought back the olympic shoes after 1.5 years and they will take a little time to get used to but once I do I am confident I will kick *** with them.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
