*Very sore in the groin and low back. I am adding my volume to my main lifts this cycle of 5/3/1. Nothing fantastic today but what do you expect after 1/3 of a powerlfiting meet lol.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
