Atleast you were successful on your cut, you learned some good information, and you will only better your technique and strength because of this hiccup. You should definitely get some side views of your squats in your shed. Even if you can only see your hips and nothing else, the video won't lie. You can pause it or slow it down and see how far down you are going and what mistakes you are making. Good luck on your new goals.
