I was very late from work so couldn't go to gym. Instead, did these

Sprints
2x 200m

Chin ups
BWx 7,6,6

Dips
BWx 9,7,6

Inverted rows
BWx 13,12,12

Sprints
2x 200m

I sprinted to a park nearby, did the exercises on monkey bar and parallel bars and then sprinted back home. Had doms the next day, especially from the sprints.

this was easy, i'll bump up the weight next time
