Current
I have lost weight & put on fat.

Immediate Goal
Regain strength & muscle memory

Short term Goal
Follow a cut & lose fat

Long term Goal
Get stronger and gain muscle as lean as possible.

I know these are not exact, however i'll be more specific as i move forward and put up measurable goals.
