*My bench is starting to make some progress. The other day I found out that I have a squat and total state record from last years meet for raw 198 that is kinda cool especially since I missed most of my attempts.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
