Abbreviated squat/bench (should have done 6 sets)because I have a short rest weekend, ill be doing 5x5 for each on Monday
-according to mapmyrun.com we ended up walking just over 7 miles yesterday, so the chicken fingers, french fries, pizza, hotdog and cake I ate yesterday really doesn't bother me, it was all consumed over a 15 hour period...should have eaten more!
