Sled backward (grass)-
320x50ft (grass pr)
*Definately felt the one day less of recovery on squats this week so I backed off and hopefully I will feel strong on DL day.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
