New training cycle- same outline as before

Week 1, Day1

Squat:
345x5x5

Bench:
235x5x5

Pushpress:
160x2x5
-these WM workouts are getting brutal, wanted to quit half way thru

Training maxes:
Squat 435
Bench: 295
Deadlift: 500-515...use an RPE system for the most part anyway
