*Nothing like delaying the start of your workout like when you come home and your house smells awful and see your puppy diarrhead all over. I would say poor puppy but it was like poor me for having to clean it. Benching felt a little better today. After my main sets I made a small adjustment to my setup which made benching feel much more stable.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
