I have not been on in a while (or really working out too much for that matter either!) I had a daughter a little over 8 months ago and if you have kids you all know that it takes a lot of time lol. Also, it seems that i have been having aches and pains in my back shoulder neck and all. I feel like an old man even though im only 24. Well I really need to get back in shape and all. I started working on eating less.. now onto better eating. My chiropractor gave me some bands to help with my shoulder and I wanted to start doing things with the bands (other than shoulder exercises.) Right now im about 5' 10" and hover between 210- 215. I still have an ok base. I used to work a lot I will post some pics later.
Basically im working towards sliming down and getting/keeping in shape. I want to get to like 190ish. well enough rambling. Thanks
