I like leg extensions from a bodybuiding perspective, but I wondered if they were contributing to my tight/painful hip flexors. So I ditched them today in favor of a single leg exercise for overall leg health.

Yes, just bodyweight, I was toast after the squats, I will gradually add weight to these. It's hard enough just to balance, lol.
