Didn't have time for 2 workouts due to schedule, condensed it into 1.

Bench Press - yeah, that's right, I was able to bench press pain free today

T-Bar

Last night and this morning, I did some more suspended bridge leg curls for reasons mentioned in the previous post; strengthen glutes, hams, core and open up hip flexors.
