*Was sort of worn down from the last weeks squatfest. Just did the minimum today. On the axle cleans I am doing 3-2-1 instead of 5-3-1 to keep form better and more explosive.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
