Diet Update
I was 183.4 lbs, last week, I have no idea where I am at now, I didn't bother to weight in daily because I was sick. I do know I am down about 7 pounds.
Today I have been able to eat almost a normal amount, hopefully the scale will bounce back slightly as my muscles take in some water and glycogen.
