The worst session of all time..............
Have been training at night almost every time and thought i would train in the morning that day. Bad Bad decision. Hadnt eaten anything that morning other than an apple and energy drink and the workout looked like this:
92.5kg - 5,5,-,-,-
50kg - 5,4,4,4,3
120kg - 5
After two sets of squats I could feel my lower back having trouble supporting the weight and my form becoming sloppy so i stopped. Next time I do the overhead press on the same weight i know i can get all 5 sets of 5 reps. I got the 5 reps of deadlifts but it felt harder than it should of.
Go hard or go home.
