Better, I don't think it will hold be back long. I could probably even squat or deadlift (really light) today. On Thursday when it happened, even attempting a bodyweight squat hurt, so it is healing nicely. I am lucky, it is not serious. It can be so scary when something happens to your lower back when deadlifting.
