405x5 (pr) (belt + wraps)
Sled backward (grass)-
*I finally hit a longtime goal of 405x5 squat which I am happy with. First time doing sandbags in forever was brutal and fun. Sled in the grass just sucks lol my quads and calves were on fire.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
