*Ok I am ready to get back on track after being side tracked for a few workouts. I am dropping my training maxes a bit on all lifts to spark some new progress. Squats went well today I could have had 9 if I wanted it.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
