I've been experiencing the same thing recently. I decided that I am not going to force depth on the warmups. If I am high on 75 or 120 pounds so what? As the weight gets heavier, it seems to naturally let you get deeper and deeper.
I do a proper warmup but somedays I am like that. I figure gravity will take over when the weight gets heavier anyway lol. When it comes to squats "what does down must come up!"
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
