Cutting Diet Plan
7am: Meal 1:
Oats with protein shake poured on (protein shake must have no carbs eg. water not milk).
* Flaxseed tablet
* If able to then 2 boiled eggs
* 1 Litre of water
* 1 multi-vitamin and 1 strong vitamin C tablet (1500mg).
10am: Meal 2:
* Chicken breast or Fresh Fish
* Sweet Potatoe x2 or whole grain rice
* Salad
1pm: Meal 3:
* Same as Meal 2
* 1 Litre of water
3pm: Meal 4: (Before gym)
* Protein shake and Banana
Meal 5: (Straight after gym)
* Protein shake
Meal 6: (1 hour after gym)
* Piece of salmon, steak or chicken
* Salad or stir fry (stir fry with olive oil not butter)
* 1 Litre of water.
