*Was kind of tight on squats at first. The heavier the weight got the looser my hips got and the better my form was lol. Also, hit a longtime sldl goal.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
