Deadlift

275, my last warm up, felt amazingly easy but 315 hardly budged due to a form issue, so I took a few minutes fixed the problem and pulled it. Definitely ended up being a 9-9.5 rep.

on each set I thought i could probably hit a fifth but the fourth was definitely hard
Bench
205x3x10
Didn't have a spotter or workout partners and still only minutely slowed on the final rep of the day, definitely think I need to retest my bench max before the next cycle.
Push Press was 3x4 at 95, 115, and 135.
Good Mornings felt horrible so I just did 3x4 at 135.
Tomorrow's rest will be much needed. Hopefully come back strong on Monday to squat.
