Wednesday- Day 9
Squat 265x4x8
Deadlift 275x1x3

Finally catching up to me. Lower back is not keeping arch as well making it harder to sit back, upper quad and hip flexors are obliterated. Everyone said form looked fine today but I felt like I couldn't hit my groove or form at all. Thursday rest, Friday train. Night.
