Workout 10 - Deadlift & Bench

Deadlift (Wt x Sets x Reps):
375x1x1 @ 9.5 RPE
335x3x3 @ 9.0 RPE

Bench:
185x8x3

Push Press:
95x3x8,8,16

Off tomorrow to recoup for the last week of this volume block.
