Ive been training on and off for a couple years, not being very consistent because of school. My stats right now are:

Bench: 175 lbs x 6 reps
Deadlift: 287 x 8
Squat: 155 x 8

I'm trying to up all of those of course but right now I want to cut 10 lbs just so my abs show for summer time

I wanted to keep track of my cut which i started 3 weeks ago and these are the pictures so far:

Not much difference, yes I did start tanning. I dropped 5 lbs so far and I'm at 178 right now.

Over the past 3 weeks I was taking Animal M Stak and had a low carb diet. Now that I'm done the M stak I'm going to switch it up, my current stack will be:

Green tea extract
Cyan pepper

Current workout routine:
Day 1: chest, triceps, shoulders
Day 2: cardio + abs
Day 3: back, biceps, forearms
Day 4: cardio + abs
Day 5: legs
Day 6: (rest)
Day 7: repeat cycle

Feel free to ask me anything and give me advise!
