-had to use alternate gym, no chalk...was able to get 465 with straps, so I am confident I could add a few lbs to my lift today with better grip and better bar
Squat @ 85%
Friday will be squat only, singles at about 95-97 %, no deadlift. Will do another heavy single a day or two before the meet
