It felt like forever but finally its here. I started my new program today. It's one of Mike's programs, so I know its going to get me super strong, especially at squatting. Well here we go:
Workout 1 - Squat

That's all. Easy, in and out. Tomorrow will be bench. Till then, live strong and lift strong.
