Definately, Commander, they are moving in the right direction. They are seeing that what we are phasing out was causing injuries, people were not healing, and it pretty much didnt work. How can you say someone is in shape by seeing how many pushups and situps they can do in 2 minutes, then go run 2 miles.

-after talking w/ Mike Z, and how this program has at best not helped our DL, I will be slightly tweaking my DL training next week. the plan will be to hit a near max (about 10lbs light) on weds, then again a day or so before the meet. I need to get my body lifting heavy again on deads.
