first 5x5 workout.
Squat:
40kg x 5,5,5,5,5
Overhead press:
15kg x 5,5,5,5,5
Deadlift:
50kg x 5
These were my starting weights. Felt good to train light with strict form. Hit my shoulders at the end of the workout then went home. Im liking my rear delt training.
