The things I've seen wrong were that on my 1st attempt of squat it seems that I was going down with my hips till the very end. At the end, there was a few inches where my hips didn't go down but my back angle changed making the lift harder. And I know on my 2nd attempt of bench I had no leg drive, so I need to practice that more. And it might just be the angle but it seems like I have no arch. And for my deadlift, I have to work on my hip drive at the top. My last attempt seemed so fast off the ground and then almost stopped because I didn't push my hips through correctly. But I am sure they will all be fixed with practice. Can't wait to see the new program.
