Took some much needed rest from lifting till today. Squatted 175 for 20 today, it was intense. Now Mike and I have to work on a new program to get me even stronger. I have no doubt he will come up with an amazing program to get me to my goals. Like I said before, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have obtained the PRs last week. Not only from him pumping me up before each attempt, but helping me with proper attempt selections, and keeping me on the right path during my training. If there were more people like Mike in the world, the world would be a much better place. New program will start in a week or so, so I'll keep you guys updated.
