300 x 6 singles
*took it super easy today. I was told not to squat for a little bit to help speed up my wounds healing. So next week I am taking off and I took it easy today.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
