This week starts the deload.

Normally I do back in the AM and chest at lunch. Just doing back today, chest will be tomorrow. Still did normal volume for the back workout though

I am bummed, I was hoping to mostly drag my sled during the deload (when I planned my deload it was sunny and in the 50's last week), the forecast for this week is cold and rainy/snowy ALL WEEK!
