Deadlifts felt iffy today, my lower back took a beating all day so anymore volume on Dl's felt like a bad idea. Shocked my back today by doing pulldowns before pullups. Also threw in a few sets on triceps as they are lagging way behind the rest of me.
Got a great pump off hammer curls. DE and core work tomorrow.
