-good sets, implemented a new set up and staying tighter, I now understand the squat as a full body workout!
-to anyone who knows the usapl rules...I am a little confused. Must a t shirt be worn under the singlet? What about an underarmor type cutoff? What about t shirt type with sleeves? Also can spandex be worn under the singlet? I need some clarification haha
