So when is your competition? What are your goals for your first competition? I don't know if you've talked to Mike about it, but your goal should be to go 9 for 9. That means picking good attempts and knowing your limits. Most people open each lift with something they can triple, but Mike has me go alittle lighter than that so that I don't bomb out of the competition. So I'd say start off with something easy to get any jitters out and it'll make you much more confident going into your 2nd and 3rd attempts. Other than that, just get as pumped up as you can before each attempt. Fight through every attempt, even if its going up slow its still going up. And don't hold anything back. Good luck!
