DUP Volume, week 3, day 5

Bench:
255x8x2
(dropped 2 sets off, wasnt feeling it today, and 2 sets will not make or break me)

Inc bench and dips for assistance

-This concludes the volume block of this training cycle. Will do a slight deload, then begin the peaking. I think after the peaking cycle, I will do max attempts for each lift to see where I am...I havent maxed out in a while
