Squat:
370x5x1
380x5x3
385x2x1

Deadlift:
405x5x1

Pullups for assistance

Squatting felt really god today. Have been focusing on my form and "standing up" out of the bottom..previous I was leaning too much in and my bottom quarter almost turned into a goodmorning...that is now fixed!
