Weight down, bodyfat went UP a bit. We'll confirm that in a day or so.
New weight - 206.5 @ 17.6% halfway through week 3.
Losing some LBM according to the numbers but I really don't think that's the case. It doesn't feel like it anyway. If the numbers don't start moving in the right direction within a week, we'll have to make some alterations to the diet. I know I definitely haven't been eating enough, often missing one meal everyday.
