I want to start by telling you my stats.
I weight 150 Lbs.
and I'm 11.7% fat.
So I'm not a very big guy, I never have been. So what I'm trying to do is to get big. just 8 months ago I was 130 I think that its too much time to have only gained 20lbs. and those 20lbs weren't just muscle it was mostly fat.
I have a very fast metabolism so its a real pain to gain weight just a month ago I lost 5lbs in a matter of days and it took me 2 weeks to gain 3lbs back. so my problem is that my body doesn't seem to want to get bigger.
I'm also lactose intolerant so drinking a protein shake with mils is a real pain.
A regular day for me consist in about 3000 calories... so I try to eat 4000 and up but then I end up working out and I'm sure I burn those extra calories I ate... I dont want to stop working out just to gain weight and its almost impossible to eat more food... Any suggestions on what I can do?
