Workoutmchne is here!! haha, this workout was BRUTAL! good thing I was the only one in the PL area of the gym, had to talk trash to myself to finish..the weights werent as brutal as the shear volume...like I said I took my squat down a bit, my focus is picture perfect form..strenght will follow
looking forward to watching the PACK attack the falcons tonight, day off tomorrow
