One week done. Starting weight was 212.9 lbs @ 17.8% bf.
New weight: 211.6 lbs @ 16.6% bf.
Diet wasn't the greatest last week either so it's great news.
Cleaning up the diet this week and starting cardio at 3 times per week and 30 mins for starters.
Current - 207lbs @ 17% bf
Running 5x5 to start light bulk.
