Spent an hour squatting, so I had to cut it a set short...was getting low on time. O well, this whooped my buTt anyway.
I am getting a feeling ill have to start getting into Army shape as well, planned a slow jog today, but its very cold and I was out late...came home to eat dinner and watch a movie with the kids...ill do intervals tomorrow
