Good to see you back at it my friend. My I suggest thinking conservatively on your maxes as you begin next week? I say this because you have had some time off and were sick, and since the program is demanding and high frequency I think it would be of benefit. Although I do like the 'upload' that you are doing now, kind of like the Smolov introductory microcycle, I thin it will help a lot.
