the premise of operation 190 is simple.....Drop down to 190 lbs.
I know this is very open-ended but as long as I'm dropping bodyfat, I'll continue on toward that goal. I've spent too much time being concerned with muscle loss in the past to the point where it hinders my cutting progress so this time I'm just going for it.
I'm also reverting back to Morning workouts. This morning I started at 6am, tomorrow my goal is 5:30. This way my workout is out of my way for the day and I can focus on work and family.
I'm also going to follow the routines in Arnold's New Encyclopedia. While volume intensive, I'm hoping they kickstart some progress. I'll continue on with them as long as progress is being made and I'm not overtraining.
